Ghea
Light, water and rock are separated and floating between the sky and the ground.
A design piece that tells a story of beauty and transformation through every detail, paying tribute to the primordial Earth.
The shape of the top resembles a circle flattened at the poles, evoking the planet Earth in its imperfect cosmic harmony. The surface, finished with an amazonite marble effect, conveys a textural intensity that recalls the mineral richness of the Earth’s crust.
The base stems from a primordial gesture: the slow emergence of land from water. Crafted from bronze-tinted glass and extra-clear glass, the two volumes come together without ever coinciding perfectly, like continental plates in a slow and silent movement. The bronze-tinted glass evokes the solidity of the emerging land, whilst the extra-clear glass interprets water: a fluid and luminous presence, the origin of all form and change.
The fracture becomes a space of rebirth: a line of tension that unites and separates without ever coinciding, a constantly evolving dialogue between immersion and emergence, between stability and change.
Ghea is not merely a table, but a material narrative: a contemporary interpretation of an ancestral phenomenon, suspended between earth and water, between what surfaces and what remains hidden.
Designed for those who love contemporary spaces, it fits with natural elegance into modern interiors, industrial lofts or settings with a Mediterranean character, becoming the focal point around which relationships, gestures and stories take shape.
